Are you registering as an individual?

  • Register directly through the Individual Registration Button below.
  • The online registration portal allows you to make your payment online.
  • The Conference Secretariat will contact you via email to confirm your accreditation to attend the conference.

Are you part of an Organization or Government delegation?

  • Register directly through the Group Registration Button below.
  • A group refers to two or more people whose registration fees will be paid by their organization /government prior to the event.
  • Requirements

  • Appoint a Delegation Coordinator and inform the secretariat through delegates@eapce19.eac.int for issuance of a Group Code and Password to enable you to register.
  • You will be automatically accredited once the delegation coordinator for your organization or Government endorses your attendance.
